Lawrence Park – Senior Property Surveyor

Lawrence was awarded a degree (B.Sc. F.R.I.C.S.) in June 1978 for Building Surveying.  He is a Chartered Building Surveyor and qualified as a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in January 1981 and elected as a Fellow of the Institution in March 1993.

Lawrence has worked for the Building Surveying Departments of four established practices and throughout his work experience has mostly been involved in the technical aspects of surveying including design and supervision of construction work, building (structural) surveys and reports and preparation of technical reports relating to building problems and disputes.  His background training, work experience and much of his current practice relates to analysis and consideration of construction work and problems with existing properties.

Andrew Tobias LLB (In House Counsel) – Commercial Property Law

Andrew’s vast experience and commercial knowledge enables quick resolution to matters, without fuss and without affecting the delicate landlord and tenant relationship. He will provide expert advise to landlords on their obligations to tenants under the terms of the leases and general statute.  He can also advise on property maintenance, planning/environmental issues, and all aspects of debt recovery including property repossession.
