Citywide Financial Partners is growing — and we’re looking for an exceptional and experienced Client Services Executive (CSE) to join our high-performing wealth management team. If you’re proactive, detail‑driven and passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior support role.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Client Services Team, you will:
- Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional journey
- Support Financial Planners with client analysis, research, and preparation and writing of reports
- Lead client onboarding and manage complex account administration
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
- Oversee documentation, annual tax allowance planning, and cashflow forecasting
What You Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in wealth management
- Strong knowledge of Intelliflo (IO); Voyant desirable
- RO1 – RO3 minimum and the desire to progress towards further CII/CISI qualifications (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Confident with numbers and creating accurate documentation
- Right to work in the UK
