Get to know Natalie
As Citywide’s Advisory Team Manager, I’m responsible for leading and developing our Advisory Services Team, ensuring the delivery of compliant, client‑focused, high integrity financial planning and investment advice. I work with our Financial Planners to ensure we deliver exceptional value to clients, and that activities meet FCA standards and internal governance expectations. Having previously worked in the hospitality sector, I have experience in customer service, human resources, marketing and finance.
Away from the office, I’ve recently had my second baby – so much of my time is spent caring for our young family. When I get a chance, I play netball for a local side in Epsom and enjoy running, baking and spending time with friends.
